We do a lot of different things on our computers or smartphones. Writing, listening to music, watching videos, playing games and much more. Can't finish saying. We use some software or app to do all this. Ever wondered how these softwares or apps were created? Different software programs different subjects. And, all these software or apps are created using programming language.
Just as all these software or apps created by programmers are making our lives much easier, some dishonest programmers are doing many more bad / dishonest things including hacking, stealing information of common people, useless system of big companies. In this way, the lives of ordinary people are in a state of panic, just as companies suffer losses.

Computer languages are 0 and 1. These two numbers give instructions to the computer. All of these signals, symbols, and rules used to create programs are called program languages. Just as there are differences in human language, there are differences in computer languages. But whatever the language, the computer has to be denoted by 0 and 1. The language of the computer is the medium of human communication with the computer and, the language of this computer is basically the language of the program.
The programming languages discussed above are not higher programming languages. These programs are difficult for people to understand.
There were also complications when using these programming languages, problems with debugging, and so on. Therefore, High Level Language emerges in line with human language (e.g. English)
People can easily speak, remember and write this language very quickly (this language is similar to English). So gradually this language gained expansion and popularity. However, computers do not understand this language directly. So with the help of translator program it has to be converted into machine language. Examples of some higher languages: Python, Java, C / C ++, etc.

This is basically a "graphical user interface" version of the basic programming language. Many versions of this program language are created, however, VB.Net is a contemporary version of Reality.
Oracle Corporation is the largest manufacturer of database related software. Larry Ellison created Oracle in 1986 with Ed Watts and Bob Minor. Oracle is an RDBMS program. Oracle is the most powerful and most data-capable RDBMS in terms of security.
