Step-4. Make a detailed plan.

Make a plan now. Such as how much time to spend to achieve this goal. Allocate time for each item on the list. Also, decide which books to read.

Distraction while reading means keep a mobile, computer, or something that distracts you out of the house and plan what you need to do to free yourself from the distraction. And yes, write down everything that has been said so far.
